Breakages & Returning Items
I spend a lot of time ensuring my special pieces are well wrapped in sturdy packaging.
In the unlikely event something does get broken I will give a full refund or replacement if the same or similar item is available.  Please send photos of the broken pottery and the packaging as it arrived to you.
If you are unhappy with your pottery for any other reason, please contact me to discuss whether you can return it for a refund or replacement.  It needs to be packaged and posted in the original box and sent to the address below within 3 days of receiving your pottery.
I cannot accept returns of personalised items.

Care and Handling

Caring for your Ceramics

All our pottery is dishwasher and microwave safe though it is recommended that you handwash delicate pieces with a soft brush and soap to ensure you prolong its life.   Some dishwash tablets or powders can be slightly abrasive so may discolour or dull the glaze over time. 
As all items are handmade by us, products may differ slightly from the image in terms of colour and size.

Shipping Policy

What You Need to Know

Delivery for customers in NZ
Your parcel is sent via NZ Post with their tracking service. 
Orders that include in stock pottery are packed and dispatched within four working days.
Orders that contain any custom-made pottery are dispatched in around eight weeks but this will be discussed when the order is placed. 
NZ shipping prices
For orders under 3 kgs shipping is charged at $17.00.
For orders of $150 NZD or over shipping is complimentary.
Pick up is available by arrangement only.  (Nelson NZ).  Check with me for details. 
Worldwide shipping
Currently not available.
